Now don't get me wrong I'm not a strict vegetarian or like M puts it "vaga-tarian." I still incorporate dairy and eggs, tho I'm not a big egg eater, so the dairy is my saving grace I guess. I just make sure what dairy I do ingest, it is hormone free, organic, etc.
I've been asked if I feel any different or if I have more energy. Well, my peeps it has only been a week. I don't know what to say. Tho I can fall back on the ol' "Rome wasn't built in a day" crap, but that doesn't make much sense as a come back. Lets just say, the jury is still out on this.
I am supported by none other than the great John Hopkin's research team. I noticed a flyer at work for TGIM (thank god it's Monday). They are trying to get peeps to go meatless on Monday. Ahem, that is food meat my dirty minded peeps. Anyways, click on the pic and check out the link.
K, off I go here to whip up something vaga-tarian for Bfast. Then off to Barons or Henrys to look for Chia Seeds and Maca Powder. I know, I know, next time you see me I will be in Birkenstocks, a long flowing, flowery skirt, wild flowers in my tresses and touting love and peace.
When we went vegetarian by about 4 days I was wiped out tired, but about 3 days later my energy level spiked big time.
