Yeah, between my B-Day last week, dinners (YUM!), and yesterday being V-Day with chocolate and all, sour sweet tart hearts and all at work.....*burp* Yep that pretty much sums it up.
I restarted a eating plan from the 4 hour body tho since I'm the Princess as you 2 know it, I'm not exactly a slow carb/low carb kinda girl. :-( I can honestly say, when on low mileage type of running, which I'm sorta doing now since I'm in my base/phase 1 period per se, I can do this type of diet without negatively effecting my energy levels and I do feel better on it, but man...oh man. My brain may feel better, but my guts are not enjoying it so much. Like big time!! I won't go into details, but can we say Pepto, Imodium and Pepcid as the bunker against this meat/bean/veggi onslaught?
I've recovered....I've decided to do an inbetweener plan. Sorta like "The Zone/4 Hour Hotty Bod/RP plan of attack. Have some decent grains/carbs for B-fast and do a slow carb/low carb ingest the rest of the day. Tho my wine intake needs to be moderated....DAMN!!
Do I need to lose weight? No not really. Do I need to get sleek, hard-like and awesome....HELL YEAH!
Sooooo, like whatever already. I'll let you know how it all goes, and then some.
