mixed nuts

Yeah, life hands you mixed nuts every once in awhile or more often if you are "me." 

It's been a tuf 1st of the year lets say.  Marriage, somewhat "ifey" lately.  I pushed away a potential good friend or so I think, and I'm just struggling at times.

I keep thinking, maybe it's a mid-life thing, but that is way to easy of an excuse it seems.  Tho is it really?  We all go thru shit when we hit 40 or greater.  Like what is up with that crap?  Don't we go thru enuf shit during our teenage years and early 20's to not go thru some sorta growth/age spurt yet again?  I think the devined one upstairs has a wicked sense of humor to be told.  Like really?  Is this funny to you?  I don't agree, really I don't.

Anyways, onward and so on.  I can only hope that my month of February proves to be better.  Like MUCHO better.
