Did the filthy five Crossfit training this morn after my run. Not too bad, but I was done after it. Nuthin like jumping onto a decent sized box (my garden hose hider as it is, weight bench was too high--kinda like a bike seat) for box jumps or whatever the hell they call this brand of torture. I actually survived this one, but I did the Buttercup w/o.
Granted it wasn't the Puppies (like I did the other day) and I'm certainly not with the Pack as of yet. God only knows if I will ever be part of the Pack. My goal by the end of summer I guess- 100mile/wks of running and part of the Crossfit Pack. I should be pretty damned ripped, either up or ??
On another note, bought a Keurig coffee maker today. My BFF Patti sorta kinda talked me into one the other day. Tho, I did a review search prior on them. My Cuisinart has been on it's last legs and this morn...it sorta pee'd all over my counter top and floor. Ok, time to get something new. I hope the Keurig is all that and a bag of potato chips. Purchased it for a saaahweet deal! Bottom line when I walked out of the store I saved about 65% off retail, muah! Can't live without my a.m. java wake up. Nada, no will do.
