No alcohol....this will not be good sponge bob, not good at all.
No breads and/or baked items, such as cakes, cupcakes, s'mores (which I'm really partial to), cookies....and all other lovely, smelling baked items made with white flour. No carbs, tho I will make sure I have decent complex carbs, but bye-bye my sweet french bread....*sniff*, tho I feel this category sorta strings itself from the baked goods, but whatever. Who am I to throw around judgement towards these self professed nutritionists and trainers of the stars?
I have decided that I will get rid of my monkey in the middle....period! Now according to my daughter all her friends want to know what I eat, which by the way, I take as a pretty high compliment from the teen crowd. I eat pretty much anything I want in moderation, and I try to do the healthy thing. Tho, I am in need of an overhaul of sorts lately. I know once I get my mileage up to a screeemin level of, lets say, greater than 50 miles/wk,
I won't care so much. Until then C'est la Vie my snack friends, goldfish crackers, pretzels, real coke (no not the kind you snort people!), chocolate of whatever variety I choose, wine (I will so miss you very much), white baked goods-breads primarily.
Ok, so now you all are aware. All 2 of you, mind you. Keep me in line if you must for the next 2 weeks. I will consider this my detox of sorts. Yeah, sounds like super fun. Wanna join me for some super-type of fun?
But...wha....how.......wha......
ReplyDeleteSo what CAN you eat, twigs? Umm, I'm right there with ya, sista! Okay, in spirit at least. I hear the bonbons calling my name as we speak.....
You wretched wench you!! Oh, that's right I won't turn into a real bitch until the clock strikes midnite here. Go at those bon-bons then.
