Still nursing my RLE (aka right lower extremity).
It is an off/on...more on unfortunately battle with my knee, but every other muscle group has decided to complain and be a tight pain in the ass....literally for me. My run today went ok, not too many twinges, tho my R calf was really tight. Like really? C'mon already! Enuf is definitely enuf! Not sure I can manage speedwork as planned in my schedule. Will have to see how my leg/knee feels in the next couple of days. My knee has bugged out before, but not this bad since the 1st marathon I trained for way back in 99'. Damn! I really hate this on the verge of injury and such. I am not a happy injured athlete that is for sure. Tho most of us aren't really.
As for positive vibes, our weather is more fall like again. Very cool indeed. Oh, and I get more girly when I'm near injured or injured. I blow out my hair, do my makeup, etc. I know, I know, but when you run doubles at times...like really, what is the point in doing all the fluff stuff? The fluff and cooking help me cope when I can't spend xtra time out on the trails running as I should be or want to be.
Speaking of which, I guess I should do my stretching/rehab stuff now instead of puttering on the puter.
