Tis late......

Ok, for god's sake...what the hell am I doing up so late?  I'm not a late girl at all by nature.  I'm usually in bed on a non-work day around 9ish or so, give or take a 1/2hr either way.   Yeah, I know...what a baby Waaa-Waaah.  I get it TYUVM.  Guess I got caught up in looking for new pics to switch out for my RP status and time sorta scooted away from me.  DOH!!  I'm also too anal for my own welfare.  Tried to center my new pic...but no can do after about an hr of messing with it, ugh!  Yeah, just call me puter illiterate now, that's ok, cuz I can run circles around you as far as critical care/ER nursing knowledge goes.  Don't test me now tho, cuz it is too late *yawn* .   Plus, I'm still a little hyper from all the caffeine and the 1/2 Redline I ingested early this a.m..  Work, doncha know and I will leave it at that.

I'm a little excited tho.  I've surfed before...very little.  My bros are pretty much pro surfers or used to be.  Tho the middle one p'bly doesn't anymore due to back issues and my youngest bro lives in Oreygone, so that pretty much limits his surfing time.  I plan on retrying it and accomplishing it this summer.  That is a fun and major goal for my summer of 010' my 2 peeps.  Why surf?  Well.... why the hell not?

I live about 40-50min from the coast, always have loved the ocean, tho the idea of things lurking under me that I can't see freak me out just a tad, specially when I open water swim in the ocean,

but what the hey. 

It's either that or rock climbing.  Dont' like heights all that much and hanging on the edge of a rock somewhere just doesn't cut the fun factor right at this juncture in my life.  So...surfing it is!!   First things first tho, board of my own (noob board for sure) and surf wetsuit.  Guess I might be working a little OT for my new venture.

On another front, I was considering making up my long run tomorrow, but I can see that happening.*cough-cough*  Since I'm more or less burning the midnite oil here. 

K, off I go here.  Either to watch tv and make sure one of my cats is not dead (she looks dead sleeping on her back with her tongue partiallly out) or off to bed to try and sleep.
